Mitani Micronics can manufacture three kinds of masks: photo masks, screen masks and metal masks.
Since our establishment, we have constantly pursued fine line and accumulated know-how through research and development. We offer high and stable quality mask products.
Photo masks are original plates in photolithography and used for various production such as the latest microdevices, substrates and displays.
Screen masks are used for electronic components, solar cells and touch panels. The feature is low production cost. In recent years, the demand has been increasing due to accuracy improvement.
Metal masks are commonly used for solder printing of PCB surface mount. These days also used for bump forming which is vital to semiconductor SMT.
